We had a comfortable stay thanks to hotel's amazingly friendly staff. The continental breakfast was included and had plenty of food.

Everything in the hotel was awesome and the staff was helpful. It was in a central location, close to port. West End district was worth staying in.

food is great at this property and staff is amazingly good. we would recomand this hotel, our stay was splendid.

Could not be improved in any way.

really comfy bed, new-fashioned rooms, new place. food was cheap - variety of options. the staff were super cordial. favourable location to a year-round water amusement park.

Staff was really very friendly, room was pet-friendly and we loved breathtaking location. The bed was great and it was great having free wireless internet access, flat-screen TV and terrace. The roof top bar in the hotel had plenty of non-alcoholic coffee, tea, cocktails and martini throughout the day.

I loved the lobby, it was good. Awesome staff, answered all questions. Continental breakfast with muffins, packaged honey buns and also juice was PARTICULARLY NICE.

Food was different, room was brand-new, loved the best bathroom. The staff here was sympathetic - helpful service & helpful communication. I slept so comfy in the cozy bed. Cool location in general. A recently refurbished place to stay in Galveston.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and the room very specious and well heated. Exceptional view, a big balcony, perfect bed, too. Location was historic, adjacent to the public beach. Charming restaurant inside the hotel.

We loved the stay, it was the best experience. Incredible location, tidy and nicely presented place. It was based near an amazing beach.

Facilities were decent, even so Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Room had a marble bathroom and coffee/tea making machines, complementary tea and lounge chair. The staff were very very nice and we liked them all. They served amazing breakfast, it included eggs, cereal, meats, fresh bread and bacon.

The food was so cheap, the rooms were extremely comfy and great. An awesome stay.

We thought that there would be swimming pool, but we were wrong.

We took a queen room and it had central heating, a work desk and an electronic key card...

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. Satisfied with the property, it's the best base for staying in Galveston.

The bed was horrible here.
